A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Pat brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and operations, along with a deep understanding of the software and professional services industries. Prior to joining RISE, Pat served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Decimal, where he led the transition from founder-led selling to a scalable, repeatable sales process. His leadership drove triple-digit growth and successfully integrated Decimal’s first acquisition of KPMG Spark into the organization.
