I looked at several options when I decided to invest in an off-site office. RISE was by far the cleanest and best maintained option. The facility is beautiful and well kept up with, and Igor does a great job helping tenants feel welcomed. It is a great place for small businesses to take the next step. They don't make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get a lease. Perfect place to start if you don't have good credit. You can even grow into one of their larger spaces within your lease. The grounds are very peaceful, well-kept, and clean. Tenants respect eachothers space. It was the step my business needed, and it has been a great experience thus far! I have one of the smaller temp. controlled units that I run a custom my custom apparel business out of. Having a forklift on site really helps us out and the manager Eli is great to work with, he does a lot for the property and tenants.
