  While we have only been a tenant at RISE for a couple of months, we have had a great experience.  The management team is incredibly responsive, even to what may seem like the most minute issues.  Will and team do a great job taking care of their tenants at this property.   It is a great place for small businesses to take the next step. They don't make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get a lease. Perfect place to start if you don't have good credit. You can even grow into one of their larger spaces within your lease. The grounds are very peaceful, well-kept, and clean. Tenants respect eachothers space. It was the step my business needed, and it has been a great experience thus far! I have one of the smaller temp. controlled units that I run a custom my custom apparel business out of. We became tenants shortly after the space was created and appreciate having the amenities of a flex space warehouse (electric, internet, security) without having to lease a huge warehouse.
