At all of the RISE Commercial District facilities, we have a facility manager on-site to assist with the needs of the tenant. Unlike the dodgy landlord who seems to vanish into thin air when problems arise, RISE Commercial District has a strong reputation with on-site managers.
How long has Mr. Handyman Columbus been at RISE Commercial District – Gahanna?
Lee and his franchise have been at RISE Commercial District – Gahanna for nearly 5 years now and continue to grow. RISE – Gahanna opened its doors in 2019 and Mr. Handyman is one of the longest-serving tenants and continues to grow his franchise. His decision to come to RISE happened after he compared his options and realized that RISE had the best space for his business. He says “it was cost-effective at the time” and wants to let other people who are looking for a space know “to factor in all the costs, electrical, water, trash, when trying to decide which option is best.”
It’s easy to see a small business space and not realize that the fee doesn’t include trash, utilities, cam fees, or other hidden expenses. Being able to go to a space that is all-inclusive with its pricing helps businesses stay focused on what matters.
