Greater columbus district managers
Teamwork in Action: Jay Gibson, District Manager at our Dublin, OH location, visited our Lewis Center site to lend a helping hand to Akeem Mayle, District Manager there, with some outdoor work (pictured below). Our on-site managers are always ready to pitch in, not just for clients at their locations but also for each other, reinforcing the supportive community we have here at RISE.
Dublin, OH is thriving: One of our Dublin tenants is Coco The Shop, a women’s clothing boutique specializing in classic, minimalist apparel with a modern twist. Additionally, we’ve recently signed a new flex lease with Christopher Farhat, owner of Farhat Advanced Interpreting, a dynamic business offering translation and interpreting services for multiple languages. We’re excited to see how RISE Dublin continues to grow and support such diverse businesses.
Richfield, WI warehouse construction
Construction underway at Richfield, WI: Situated in the Northwest Milwaukee area, RISE Richfield’s construction began in October 2024, and is on track for an accelerated timeline with a grand opening expected in fall 2025. This 18.2-acre site will feature up to 18 buildings, providing ample space for businesses to grow and thrive.

RISE Salon Suites: Located at RISE Greenwood, IN, Fort Wayne, IN, and Gahanna, OH, RISE Salon Suites provides private salon spaces for beauty professionals to grow their businesses. RISE Franklin - chamber event and a new tenant
March has been exciting at RISE, with plenty of new developments across our districts!
RISE Franklin celebrates Pet Luv LLC: Pet Luv LLC just signed a lease at our new Franklin location this month. Franklin, a rapidly growing southwest suburb of Milwaukee, is an area filled with opportunities for business expansion. RISE opened in Franklin in Q3 of 2024 and quickly became an active member of the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce, sponsoring a golf outing this month at Luxe Golf Bays.
