Donte Bryson Jr. is a Navy veteran turned self-taught fashion designer and the creative force behind BryLamar, a brand built on the belief that dreams can become reality through action. While serving in the Navy, Donte taught himself graphic design and discovered a love for fashion, eventually launching his first collection in 2021. His breakthrough came in 2025 with the release of the Carlatta Bag, a piece inspired by his mother that went viral and helped define BryLamar’s identity.
Today, Donte is expanding his brand into outerwear, denim, and jewelry — proving that discipline, creativity, and belief in oneself can turn even a 120-square-foot barracks room idea into a movement. His story embodies his brand’s slogan: “For Dreamers Who Do.”
Conner Ogden is an Army veteran and small business owner based in Franklin, Indiana. He founded The Jet Vet, LLC, a company specializing in professional pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and decorative lighting services. Conner’s approach combines the leadership, discipline, and attention to detail gained through his military background with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
