Rise Commercial District is looking to put more warehouse and storage space in Northeast Ohio as a number of logistics and e-commerce companies coming into the state. Rise, which develops clusters of warehouses to lease, already has a presence near Columbus and Cincinnati. The developer is now eyeing the Cleveland area for an expansion, and it’s already begun construction on its Mentor location at 7840 Tyler Blvd. Over the next several years, the Indianapolis-based company is looking to open five of its warehouse developments throughout Northeast Ohio. The company has nine other locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
