Amazing Liquidation Deals is located in Plain City, Ohio at RISE Commercial District. Amazing Liquidation Deals primarily sells major appliances and TVs. We sell pretty much every type of major appliance that’s out there today. We deal in the most budget-friendly options all the way up to the most high-end luxury appliances on the market today. I first started this business with the idea of trying to find the best possible deals for people. I love the concept of a “win-win” transaction. We find it very satisfying when someone gets a great product at a great price!
One fun fact about Amazing Liquidation deals is that the two partners have been friends for over 35 years!

Brandon says, “My advice to anyone starting out a business is to research the companies that are already successful in what you want to do. You do not need to reinvent the wheel, but try to build upon what already makes them successful!”
What is the best thing about being an entrepreneuer?
Brandon says that, “The best thing about being an entrepreneur is the flexibility! There’s no substitute for being your own boss. I love the idea that there is limitless potential in being as successful as you strive to be.”
One thing about RISE Commercial District is that it allows entrepreneurs to access their space 24/7. Without this, the benefits of being your own boss wouldn’t exist.
How have you enjoyed RISE Commercial District?
Brandon says that RISE has been “an awesome platform” for him to be able to grow ALD. As a long term tenant of RISE he has continued to see his company grow by getting more and more space as time went on. ALD started in one of the smallest units that we had to offer and now operates from a flex space with a store front. Brandon also says, “RISE has given me the chance to operate and help grow my business very rapidly with the space and amenities that it offers. The forklift is a HUGE asset for me to unload/load all of the heavy appliances that we deal with. Our success simply would not have been possible without RISE!”
How long has ALD been at RISE Commercial District – Plain City?
ALD has been at the same RISE facility for over a year and a half. Throughout their journey as a business, ALD has occupied multiple units and continue to expand their business.
