Lewis Center lands development that offers unique coworking

An Indianapolis developer is ready to build its second hybrid project in Central Ohio. Rise Commercial District plans to build one of its office and warehouse developments at 7547 Green Meadows Dr. in Lewis Center. The location will likely include about 14 buildings totaling 125,000 square feet. The bulk of the development will be dedicated to storage, but it will include 15,000 square feet of office space, said Allison Barber, brand development specialist for the Indianapolis-based chain. “We like to build in areas with growing economies, and Columbus is certainly on the map for that,” Barber said.
